At a regularly scheduled Board meeting on March 11th, the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District Board of Education recognized the site and district Classified Employees of the Year. The Classified School Employees of the Year (CSEY) Program pays tribute to the tireless efforts of outstanding classified school employees. These employees are unsung heroes who play key roles in creating a school environment that promotes student achievement, safety, and health.
Every school year, each of the 13 schools in the District selects these exemplary classified employees in eight different categories to be recognized at the site and district level. A panel reviews these nominations to select the most outstanding classified employees in each field across the District for recognition. Those selected at the district level then participate at the county level, and if selected at the county level, they move on to the state competition.
Assistant Superintendent Jim Stolze introduced the district-level Classified Employees of the Year to the Board, one by one, stating the category they had been nominated for.
Congratulations to each of these amazing classified team members who were selected!
